Megger PAT4 DV

The Megger PAT 4DV is a comprehensive, portable electrical appliance tester with the ability to test Class1, Class II and IT equipment and being dual voltage, it can test 110 Volt and 230 Volt appliances. The unit can perform fundamental safety tests on Class 1 ( earthed ) and Class II (double insulated) appliances. Appliance details can be entered by using the QWERTY keyboard.
This instrument does not do Flash testing.
